Last year alone, 47.8 million workers quit their jobs, a record high. There's an increased focus on the need for diversity, equity and inclusion. And the pandemic has changed what the workplace looks like and feels like.

And the pandemic has changed what the workplace looks like and feels like.

 In January 2021, NeighborWorks America started its Stop Home Scams initiative to raise awareness about housing scams, which often become more prevalent during times of economic hardship. Focusing on regions with high foreclosure rates, NeighborWorks America engaged network organizations to help spread the word. With the ending of pandemic evictions and foreclosure moratoria, network leaders continue to be concerned about a rise in scams. 

Kat Aristyl and Molette Smith, both U.S. Army veterans, were searching for new places to live in Georgia this summer. Both women found homes with help from Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc. (ANDP) a NeighborWorks organization that creates and preserves affordable housing.

In the laundry room of White River Estates in Hesperia, Michigan, the colors are in the baskets that sit on top of the washing machines. They're also on the wall, thanks to a new mural project meant to bring people together. The project, painted by local artist Renae Wallace, draws on in the rural community's river and surroundings.
