What capabilities does NeighborWorks Compass® have to sync with another calendar?
NeighborWorks Compass can sync with Outlook and Gmail calendars using an integrated app, SUMO. Customers of an organization cannot manage calendars externally.
How much data will be migrated into NeighborWorks Compass®?
5 years of data will be imported into NeighborWorks Compass. If a client file is open, we will migrate all corresponding data.
Can you tell us about the reporting capabilities?
In addition to HUD 9902 Reporting, NeighborWorks Quarterly Reports, and Financial Capability Detailed Reports, NeighborWorks Compass will come with standardized reports for housing counseling service delivery. You will also be able to create your own ad-hoc reports as this is a feature native to Salesforce.
Will training be offered?
Yes. Training will be provided during onboarding, through a virtually, self-guided learning platform. You’ll have access to a training environment that mirrors the actual NeighborWorks Compass platform, allowing you to learn the system through hands-on exercises, videos, assessments, and articles.
