Course Details

This course, led by the Nonprofit Risk Management Center, is a *MUST* for board members, senior staff, HR professionals and CEOs. Topics will include an overview of sexual harassment and workplace misconduct, harassment facts and myths, LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace, board and staff harassment training, workplace conduct policies, and incident handling. Participants receive a comprehensive toolkit with sample policies, agendas and tips for bringing this topic back to their board and organization.
