Nonprofits need smart, implementable plans that enable their organization to achieve organizational and programmatic goals, and a holistic and inclusive planning process is key. This workshop will illustrate how and why comprehensive planning is critical to organizational survival and success in a rapidly changing operating environment. Participants will learn tools and techniques for designing a planning process, including assessing the organization and its external environment and grounding a plan in a clear understanding of the organization’s mission, vision and values.
