Course Details

This course is a combination of lecture, discussion and exercises designed to reinforce understanding of the current lending environment and the expanded role of the nonprofit lender. Special emphasis is placed on examining brokerage benefits and drawbacks. Participants will learn what is involved in establishing a brokerage operation, as well as examine daily operations and sustainability. The course is intended for senior- and mid-level management of nonprofit organizations who have existing lending operations and want to learn more about the brokerage option.
