Are you an experienced HECM counselor who knows the "nuts and bolts" but is looking for an opportunity to enhance your counseling skills or learn more about techniques to explain costs and alternatives to senior homeowners? In this interactive two-day course, you will analyze practical case studies though role-play and demonstration to build confidence in delivering high-quality client counseling sessions that address both client needs and regulatory requirements. This course is designed for those counselors who have a solid understanding of basic reverse mortgage principles and practices. Prerequisite: HO111 Introduction to Home Equity Conversion Mortgages and/or currently listed on the HUD HECM Counselor Roster.
