Updated – Expanded to a three day course. This hands-on computer course is for beginning CounselorMax users who are responsible for daily client management, tracking and reporting within a housing counseling agency. Participants create and manage client files, learn basic data entry requirements and work on automated case management activities throughout the session, with learning checks producing sample HUD 9902 reports. Functions to ease tracking needs and to use CounselorMax workflows for organizing data are also demonstrated. Through this course you will learn how to use CounselorMax in a way that supports your current housing counseling plan.
