Learn how employer-assisted housing (EAH) benefits incentivize employees to become homeowners. You will walk away from this course with an action plan to implement an EAH program locally. You will be prepared to confidently execute every step of the action plan including teaming with realtors and lenders; identifying and contacting employers; meeting with the employer to explain the strategic value of an EAH benefit program; and discussing program initiation, implementation and key EAH benefit options--including homebuyer workshops, counseling, and financial assistance.
