This course provides the skills and knowledge housing professionals need to counsel clients about fair lending requirements and to recognize potential lending abuses and mortgage fraud. During the course, learners will analyze sample case studies with mortgage documents to identify red flags and instances of possible abuse. Using this core knowledge, you will be able to identify major irregularities in the mortgage lending process and counsel clients appropriately in each situation.
