This interactive webinar will provide updates on the ever-changing landscape of foreclosure. Many homeowners are facing new threats of losing their homes due to more than just loss of income – changing values, access to provisional assistance and other threats are looming. How can you help? This webinar will cover an overview of the latest situation and changes to intervention processes, resources on various tools, and insight to the Federally Regulated Mortgage Rescue Program and how you can access it in your own state. This webinar will address many questions you may have about the changing dynamics that have a major impact in the lives of your clients.

This faculty-led webinar training will last 90-minutes and include resource materials, check and reflect activities, interactive polling, and participant Q & A with the faculty. A quiz will be open at the conclusion of the session which must be passed in order to obtain a certificate and credit toward continuing education hours. Participants can access the training site upon registration and begin looking at the available resources prior to the live online training session. Participants will complete the quiz and print their certificate immediately after the live session.
