Are you interested in bringing leadership and community organizing education to your neighborhood? Do you want to see better connections and relationships between neighbors? Then you're invited to join us for BLBC Experience Facilitator *Fast-Track* Training! The BLBC Experience is a 10-session education program that's co-led by resident leaders and staff. Whether you're expanding your facilitator team or brand new to BLBC--we invite you to join us! Explore what it takes to plan, coordinate, and launch your own local resident leadership education program using the BLBC Experience. We’ll look at innovative recruitment strategies, REDI (race, equity, diversity, and inclusion), messaging, and evaluation tools. After you complete the training, you'll receive access to the full BLBC Experience curriculum—NeighborWorks® America’s premier resident leadership education program. It includes everything you need for 10 education sessions in English and Spanish--participant handouts, session directions, templates, and resources. This is the second-time we're offering the BLBC Experience Facilitator Training at the CLI! Please note: 1) Since the BLBC Experience needs both resident leaders and staff to co-lead the sessions, registering for this CLI course requires that at least 1 resident leader and 1 staff from the same organization sign up. You can register up to 4 people from the same organization. 2). This *Fast-Track* means that participants must attend both Friday afternoon and Saturday morning sessions in Baltimore to complete the course.
