Course Details

This workshop is organized for volunteer residents who are team leaders and staff who are assigned the responsibility of coordinating their organization’s CLI Resident Team. This workshop will help you identify ways to build on the energy generated through the activities that are a part of the CLI. We will use team building skills and the action planning process to deepen your connection to resident leadership within the CLI team. Join us in an active partnership of theory, experience and an inclusive sharing through people, perspectives, and real options. One outcome is an exchange to find approaches to transform our team’s culture in ways that value and promote resident leadership within our organizations and the communities we serve.
