CL200 CLI Team Staff Coordinators Summit: CLI and Beyond
This workshop is organized for staff assigned the responsibility of accompanying and coordinating their organization’s CLI Resident Team. We will work to help you identify ways to build on the energy generated at the CLI and to use the Action Plan project to deepen your organization’s connection to resident leaders. Join us in an intensive peer exchange to share and explore ways to transform our organizations’ culture in a way that values and promotes resident leadership in the community and within the organization.
