Small organizations often face significant challenges in securing resources, whether it's funding for projects or paying staff. It seems the smaller the organization, the more difficult the fundraising effort. But it doesn't have to be this way! In this workshop, you will learn specific approaches to identify and secure the resources needed to accomplish your goals, no matter how small your organization is. We will explore the many facets of fundraising and grant writing, specifically tailored to the unique needs of small organizations. The workshop highlights how sometimes "small is beautiful" and how being a smaller organization can actually position you more advantageously for fundraising success than you might think.
