How will you know if your action plan is successful? What data will you use as evidence of your impact on your community? How will you present this data in a way that is understood by your funders, your stakeholders, and the general public? We will discuss the various ways to measure your outcomes around action plans. We will identify and review some of the basic sources of this kind of data, and we will illustrate some ways to make this data meaningful to others outside your project. You may not be ready to call yourself a "data geek" after taking this workshop, but you will definitely have some useful tools to tell your story.
