Course Details

The national convening of professionals in resident services will have two parts to the agenda:

1. Resident services practitioners will work with their colleagues in asset management to explore the key roles, strategies and techniques of resident services in a strong asset management program, and
2. Resident services practitioners will participate in panels and discussions on state-of-the-art resident services programs

Participants will build a valuable set of skills and resources during the event through both structured best-practice sharing and informal networking opportunities.
