AM253 Resident Services: Strategic Planning for Improving Children’s Educational Success
This workshop will start by walking through an understanding of a framework around quality through the HousED Quality Standards, and the benefits of quality to young people, families, and communities. From there, the workshop will guide participants from theory to practice in building a culture and infrastructure of quality through creating a plan of action, designing a continuous quality improvement process, and tips and tricks in facilitating and training staff.
