Course Details

This course will build on the basic knowledge and skills developed during Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HO111) to help counselors gain greater competence and confidence when dealing with individual client situations. Special topics will include:

- Non-Borrowing Spouse
- Financial Assessment
- HECM for Purchase
- HECM Refinance
- HECM for Retirement Planning

Each of these topics will be covered in greater depth than in HO111, and there will be an emphasis on using Ibis software in specialized ways.
