Course Details

Effective financial capability programs help consumers reach their financial goals through a process of education, application, action and access. Not all organizations can be all things to all people, but through the use of strategic partnerships they can meet the needs of their clients comprehensively. During this course you will learn how partnerships can be effective in helping to provide better services to clients by offering access to more comprehensive services. We will share strategies and tools that will help organizations assess and develop partnership strategies and maximize their impact. This faculty-led webinar training will last 90-minutes and include resource materials, check-and-reflect activities, interactive polling, and participant Q&A with the faculty. A quiz will be open at the conclusion of the session which must be passed in order to obtain a certificate and credit toward continuing education hours. Participants can access the training site upon registration and begin looking at the available resources prior to the live online training session. Participants will complete the quiz and print their certificate immediately after the live session.
